To J Con VI!
Hi everybody! I'm sorry I hardly update anymore, been busy at the sewing machine and printing for another convention! Aya Con, CamCon and Alcon were wonderful by the way, thank you so much to everyone who came to the table and all the new and old friends! Tomorrow I'll be at J Con VI at the riverside Conference Centre, Pride Park in Derby from 9am - 6pm. I'll have prints, the Claws and Wren Comic (ask me about it!), some pillows and the plush mochis and character heads. Plushies not displayed in my art gallery yet that you can buy from me include Creeper head pillows and My Little pony heads. *flitters off back to work*
To AyaCon!
Hi everybody!
I'll be at AyaCon at the Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick this weekend! You can find me in the Artist Alley on Saturday and Sunday, selling my hand-made fabric mochis and art prints. For those of you who have met me before, I may be bringing the Pirate UK and Link dolls. I say "may", because I'm packing right now and have to see if the little assistants will squeeze into the bags! :^^;: If you're going to AyaCon. i hope you have a lovely time and maybe see you in the Artist Alley!
Devious Journal Entry
Hi everyone!
I've joined forces with ~tavington (https://www.deviantart.com/tavington) and we'll be exhibiting together at Manchester MCM Expo as "Challenge Accepted!" on Saturday 20th July at the Manchester Central Convention Complex (formerly the GMEX Centre). We are no. H9 on the floor layout of dealers and we'll be near The Comic Village. We'll be selling our hand-made game/film/comics/cartoons inspired plushies and pillows. We also have a facebook page, please feel free to have a look: https://www.facebook.com/challengeacceptedonline
Rightio, back to the sewing machine, stuffing, cutting, sticking, glossing and the general mess-making that comes with plushie making!
HAPPY NEW YEAR AND COMMISSIONS OPEN!
A belated Happy New Year everyone!
Fresh start this year and I'm working on fulfilling my New Year's resolution: Producing more art with characters that belong to me, rather than fan-art! I looked at my prints for conventions and it's just chock full of fan-art, I feel very ashamed! So I'm producing a new comic to sell at conventions this year and making some more prints too.
I had a big shock this morning, found out that I may not be able to attend my first 2 conventions of the year. So until the end of February, I am opening up Fabric Mochi and Riceball Character commissions! (see below for examples)
